OUR POLICIES

Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise (except custom, special-order and final-sale items) may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must have been purchased directly from Nectivore. If you bought the item from an authorized retailer, please get in touch with them directly for their return policy. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, such as herbal teas, honey, or products with a short shelf life. 

 

If you are returning a product due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team in such cases. If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, product incompatibility), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Non-Returnable Items

Some of our products may be labeled as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other safety concerns. These products will be clearly marked on our website and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Shipping & Cancellation

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply. 

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photos of the damaged item to expedite the process. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

Payments
For payments through our online store, we accept 

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Safety
Our shopping cart uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect your payment information so that it can only be read by the payment processor. Payment information using checkout with PayPal is only visible to their payment processor.

The products available on Nectivore’s website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health conditions and should not replace professional medical advice.

Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They contain oils and butters derived from natural nuts, seeds, and fruits. By purchasing and using Nectivore products, you acknowledge that natural ingredients—including essential oils—may cause sensitivities in some individuals. Nectivore is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur.

We take precautions to minimize cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee our products are entirely free from trace amounts of allergens. Individuals with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Allergy & Sensitivity Considerations

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product labels and ingredient lists before use. Each product description on our website provides a complete list of ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, avoid any ingredients that may trigger a reaction. Even natural ingredients can cause irritation, as every person’s skin responds differently.

If you have specific allergies, please notify us before purchasing so we can better accommodate your needs. Individuals sensitive to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If you are unsure or have sensitive skin, perform a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. By using Nectivore products, you acknowledge and accept these terms, along with all standard body care disclaimers.
